Danish lounge chair, “Spade” model FD 133 by Finn Juhl for France & Son, 1960s

Splendid Danish “Spade” armchair, produced by France & Son and designed by Finn Juhl in the 1950s. Teak frame, springs in webbing, and foam and fabric cushions. 

Condition. The armchair is in excellent condition, with very slight signs of age on the frame. The spring webbing is worn in a few places but remains fully functional, while the seat and back have been replaced with new foam and a beautiful woven fabric that lends the chair elegance and comfort.
