Mah Jong modular sofa by Missoni, H. Hopfer for Roche Bobois, 4-seater (red)

Multicoloured 4-seater sofa designed by Hans Hopfer for Roche Bobois in 1971. The sofa boasts complete freedom of form, function and colour. The sofa is composed of 8 cushions, 5 in cotton fabric and 3 in wide-wale corduroy. The backrests consist of 1 corner piece in checked cotton, 1 in red wide-wale corduroy and 2 in cotton (3 with adjustable headrests).

Condition: the sofa is in excellent condition with slight signs of age on the bases.

• blue wide-wale cushion (base) with some fading on the edges 
• floral velvet cushion (base) with very slight overall wear
