Elegant pair of iconic 1970s Italian design armchairs

The Saratoga armchair was designed in 1964 by Lella & Massimo Vignelli for Poltronova. Frame in glossy black polyester-lacquered wood

We have reupholstered the cushions with a fine, elegant rust-coloured (orange/red) velvet that gives them a distinctive charm.

The seats are therefore in like-new condition in terms of their padding and upholstery.

The lacquered frame has been repolished and is generally in excellent condition.

Flaws: there are two small flaws in the lacquer on the back of each armchair and one on the front, visible in the photos
